Our maple sugar is made from 100% pure wood-fired Vermont maple syrup. We carefully select maple syrup for our sugar, using only Grade A Dark, adding more maple flavor, trace minerals, and antioxidants.
Maple sugar can be substituted 1:1 for white and brown sugars, bringing the maple flavor in a less processed sugar to any recipe that calls for granulated sugar. Mix into coffee, tea, and hot cocoa, sprinkle on toast, oatmeal, and yogurt, or use as a sweetener in baked goods, sauces, and other dishes.
