Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. While issues with shipping carriers are out of our control, please contact us if your package doesn't arrive on time or arrives damaged.

Local Pick-up: Please contact us for local orders, and we'll coordinate a pick-up.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders: We ship large orders through FedEx. Please contact us with bulk and wholesale inquiries.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping and rates are calculated and displayed at check-out. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bridge Road Sugarworks is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
